Gloves:
You can view our sizing guide. A sizing guide is also displayed on all of the glove product pages. We also offer free exchanges if you do order the wrong size.
Some 212 Performance Gloves are washable. If a glove is washable, you will find washing instructions on a tag on the inside of your gloves.
As gloves are consumable and will wear down after repeated use, we only offer replacements for manufacturing flaws. Please contact us if you need a replacement glove.
Safety:
Some of our gloves offer cut protection. You can learn more about cut protective gloves here and view our cut resistant gloves.
All of our gloves that have been tested for EN388 standards will show the results on the glove product pages.

Ordering:
As we process and ship orders quickly (12-24 hours during business week), it is unlikely that we'll be able to make changes to your order after you submit it. If you would like to try to update your order, please contact us.
We accept all major credit cards: Discover, Visa, Mastercard, and American Express. We also accept a number of digital wallet payment methods including PayPal, Amazon Pay, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Venmo, and others.

The discount code you used may be expired, limited to one time use, or require you to be logged into your account.

Most orders are shipped out within 12-24 hours during the business week and delivered within 1-5 days depending on delivery method and receiving address.
Your order will be shipped via USPS or UPS based on its total weight, and most orders are received within 1-5 business days. Please view our Shipping & Returns page to learn more about our shipping methods and rates.
RETURNS & EXCHANGES:
Yes, we want to make sure your gloves fit perfectly so we provide free exchanges for new items with packaging intact. We are not able to exchange used gloves or gloves not in packaging. Please contact us if you need to exchange sizes.
Yes, we allow partial or full order returns. Please view our returns policies for additional information on returns. Just contact us if you need to return anything.
